trying out the sarge-m68k-businesscard.iso and getting this error with
the vmlinuz-2.4.27-atari and initrd.gz taken from /install/cdrom/:

The d-i tries to mount the CD, with success, but then it reports
missing /lib/modules/2.4.27/ folder and as a consequence (I believe) it
reports an error in detecting the CD-ROM (please note that the CD-ROM is
already mounted successfully at this points I can browse through the
files in /cdrom).

Then the d-i offers to re-try detecting the CD-ROM and if I click on
that it continues trying something and then it reports an error
accessing the following file:

anna[894]: grep:
anna[894]: /cdrom/dists//Release: No such file or directory

Obviously the name of the distro ("sarge") got lost in between of those
double slashes (the path should have been "/cdrom/dists/sarge/Release"
if anna really wanted to grep the file).

Has someone experienced something similar?

Then I tried it with vmlinuz-2.2.25-atari and initrd22.gz (again
from /install/cdrom/):
the hw-detect module reported a bunch of missing modules (ide family)
and then simply printed "CDROM-mount failed".

So it seems like both kernels are missing the /lib/modules/ folder and
thus are not coping eventhough manual "mount /dev/hdb /cdrom" works
perfectly from the second console.

Any idea?

Petr
