For the Riebl card, AtariLance is the appropriate driver.

Did you try it first under another OS? Are the jumper settings on the
card as they should be? For MegaSTE the jumper settings are different
...
During bootup, the AtariLance driver should report to have found the
card and tell its hardware address.
