glibc 2.2

Hi folks, (Bcc'ing build)
I have built glibc 2.2 for m68k. Using kernel-headers 2.2.10 there was no
problem in building the packages. However there are some problems with
installing them:

Preparing to replace libc6 2.1.3-13 (using libc6_2.2-5_m68k.deb) ...
Unpacking replacement libc6 ...
Replacing files in old package ldso ...
tar: error while loading shared libraries: tar: symbol chown, version GLIBC_2.1 not defined in file libc.so.6 with link time reference
dpkg-deb: subprocess tar returned error exit status 127
dpkg: error processing nscd_2.2-5_m68k.deb (--install):
subprocess dpkg-deb --control returned error exit status 2

Since then I am unable to install packages with dpkg. Do I have to recompile
dpkg, tar, ... for glibc2.2? Is this expected behaviour?

Packages are at
