The following should work if you have CVS installed:
# export
CVSROOT=:pserver:anonymous@cvs.mac.linux-m68k.org:/var/local/cvsroot
# cvs login
You will be asked for the CVS password. Respond with 'anonymous'
Then the following command will retrieve the latest 2.2 branch
# cvs co -r linux-2_2 linux-mac68k
