FYI, one of the more comprehensive and navigable sites I've found for

In any case, yes, it should boot with only the 4M onboard RAM.
Mac keyboards do have a soft-power switch on the keyboard. If yours is
wedged, either fix it or get a replacement ADB keyboard.
