I believe has been updated to 2.2.14 To access CVS do the following:
export
CVSROOT=:pserver:anonymous@cvs.mac.linux-m68k.org:/var/local/cvsroot
cvs login
< type "anonymous" at the password prompt >
cvs co -r linux-2_2 linux-mac68k
