I guess Hartmut reorganized it (cvs diff -u -r1.40 -r1.41 keymaps.sh)
but the FIXME seems to be in forever. Can it be that the APUS people have a
lack of communication with the rest of the world? I don't think that they
are smoking though... whats wrong with that keymap? There is no german mac
keymap? Then of course there can be none in the boot-floppies...
Hmm, I have this in /usr/share/keymaps/mac
 mac-de-latin1-nodeadkeys.kmap.gz
 mac-de2-ext.kmap.gz
Which one, if any, to use?
