You can't use dynamic IP addresses allocation for the install ramdisk
except for bootp or rarp methods. Sorry, but that's all you have (and
mainly because bootp and rarp are built into the kernel). 

If you want support for DHCP in future boot-floppies versions, ask on
debian-boot@lists.debian.org.
