In
ftp://ftp.debian.org/pub/debian/dists/slink/main/disks-m68k/current/common/

Quoting the Mac install guide:

No matter what mirror site you use, the path should always be:
/pub/debian/dists/slink/main/disks-m68k/current
These are the files you need:

mac/Install.sit.hqx (StuffIt archive of the installation files), or
mac/Debian-m68k-2.1-Mac.img.hqx (DiskCopy 4.2 image of the 'rescue'
floppy), and
     mac/resc1440.bin ('rescue' floppy image)
     mac/drv1440.bin ('drivers' floppy image)
     common/base2_1.tgz
     ^^^^^^^^^^^^^^^^^^

See it now?

?? Please read the install guide again - pay special attention to the
directions on how to select a path to the rescue/drivers image or the base
archive, and what Mac HFS does there. If there's any other questions, ask
again.
