If the package has already been uploaded by its primary maintainer, you
should probably not upload the .all.deb . Also, if you haven't changed
the source, you should probably leave the original source in place. If
you _have_ changed the source, you should probably send a patch to the
primary maintainer.

The changes file should have the suffix .m68k.changes .
