Budget stuffs - indiebio's first stab at it

I just played with the numbers to see what we're working with, with
regards to UCT accommodation (the contract may include the breakfast
as well), this is so early it's not even a draft:

So the deposit required from SPI may be something in the region of $75
000, roughly speaking. We'll try to negotiate this down.
