I don't think that we've established that an NPO is too difficult yet.
We need some advice on how much complexity this would add. Presumably it
would make SPI and our sponsors' lives easier, if we were an NPO.

And fees from local attendees choosing to pay a fee (attendance is free).
International attendees would probably pay SPI/FFIS for their
accommadation/fees.

I think UCT's accom would be VAT free, as they're an exempt educational
institution, and non-holiday accommodation is VAT exempt.
