Agenda:
1) to figure out what contacts we should focus on before our DC15
fundraising window closes (If you have ideas here, please bring them
to meeting.)
2) Review any outstanding tasks between now and DC15 (other than
contacting sponsors.)
3) Assuming that DC16 folks are around, have a first introduction, and
"start" planning.
4) Confirm date of "next meeting". How do people feel about going back
to weekly meetings? (at least until the DC16 effort is well underway.)
5) Discuss CRM for DC16 effort. (DSA won't let us host CiviCRM. We
need to decide whether to use Civi anyway, or look into alternatives
that don't need PHP or MySQL).
