thing you can do now is to the mailing list for next years DebConf at
https://lists.debian.org/debconf15-team/
We do have team meetings using an online chat called IRC [1] on
irc://irc.debian.org/#debconf15-germany
The exact meeetings times are announced on that mailing list.
In the past there was ultra13.rbg.informatik which had irssi [2] (TUI irc
client) installed. I think the host is called clientssh1.rbg.informatik
nowadays.
