[Debconf-video] Does DebConf need Opsis boards?

Hi!

I'm working on options to make sure the Opsis board is available for purchase in single quantities at reasonable prices (~$400 USD) until at least the end of 2018, if not the end of 2019.

This is part of trying to guarantee availability until an Opsis V2 replacement is available.
