You are right, and now I regret to not have done it.
Assuming good faith and that it was a technical mistake, we tried to solve the
issue without much noise. First I've checked if there was any agreement with
the local team, and there was none. Then, we've checked with the sponsors team:
nothing. So Tiago tried to poke Carl directly [1]. After some time, a sponsors
team member also poked him on IRC, when he first committed to fix it. With no move
after some weeks, the infra team leads were asked to fix it directly. It
happens that they are a DC15 key organizer and DC16 bidder, and it seems they
could not find time for yet. So I'm happy you are ready to help.
After all this going on for months, and the videos being served as they are,
I honestly don't think we are too much in a hurry.

The problem is the "Next Day Video" logo as the last frame, you can't miss it

I've checked with vorlon and he's not aware of this, neither DC chairs, neither videoteam, so we'll probably ask you (or someone else) to re-encode the videos without this very last frame, in respect to our sponsors, and in respect to the volunteers.
