I think video.debian.net should be used here for that. And keep a link
in the main page to http://meetings-archive.debian.net/pub/debian-meetings/.

Let's do this after all:

Later when there are more entries in the index we can figure out a better name. video.debconf14.debconf.org can live on for years, and the server can handle it plus whatever is decided later.
