whatever is quickest. 

videos.debian.net is preferred, it helps show the content can be more than just debconf.

videos.debconf.org would be fine too given for the next few weeks it will only be dc14.

debian.net is relatively trivial. (any DD can do it)

debian.org is harder. (but idk what the process is)
