Hi, lets have another in person meeting on thursday _directly_ after the last talks before lunch, that is at 12:05 in Davis auditorium. Again, it shall be short and to the point, with exchanging informations and delegating work areas to one responsible person who will coordinate his/her area. Probably we should also come up with room volunteer coordinators for the following days. We need volunteers for coordinating volunteer for: davis-morning-thursday davis-afternoon-thursday davis-morning-friday davis-afternoon-friday davis-morning-saturday davis-afternoon-saturday interschool-morning-thursday interschool-afternoon-thursday interschool-morning-friday interschool-afternoon-friday interschool-morning-saturday interschool-afternoon-saturday (Of course you can also do live jobs in that room while you coordinate other volunteers there.) And please everybody, review as much as you can. Finding people for the live sessions ad hoc is rather easy, finding people for reviewing is much harder, esp. after the conf.
