[Debconf-video] Debian meetings video mirror setup

Hi,

At the request of Holger we've set a mirror for the debian-meetings archive.
The mirror is hosted by the Spacelabs project at the Eindhoven University of
Technology in the netherlands. See http://www.spacelabs.nl for a quite
outdated website (the project isn't very active anymore, hence we have some
spare hardware to do nice things).

We've got a 1Gbit/s connection with the SURFnet (the dutch nation research
backbone) and the mirror machine is connected via 1Gbit/s too (both ipv4 and
ipv6). So bandwidth wise we should be fine.

Hardware wise the machine had 2x250Gb sata disks. So we should be able to
cope with debconf2008. debconf2009 might become troublesome. Unfortunately
this means we don't have redundancy (the machine only has two sata ports).

Currently we rsync from meetings-archive.debian.net every night at 4:30 local
  time (CEST currently).

And ofcourse the most important bit, the mirror url:
    http://debian-meetings.spacelabs.nl/debian-meetings/

Last year we already ran a video stream mirror for debconf. If that's wanted
this year or other resources are required just mail me or Paul and we'll see
what we an do. Basically the only thing we can't offer is more storage space.
