Hi, with the great help of Bens scripts I created two PAL DVDs, which should be online later this day. I've used the attached patch to create them, which mostly changes some credits. (Note: there is a bug in the first credit page (back to main menu doesnt work), which is fixed in the diff.) My current idea is to only post the URL to the dvds here, so you can download and view them (in case you dont have the space/machine to build them yourself - a sarge x86 machine with 30gb space is sufficent, just follow the README) and we can make some final fixes to the credits (alphabetical order of the video team, aschwins list, whatever) before releasing them to the world. IMO this is the right moment to switch to a more permanent hostname (and directory layout) and keep http://dc5video.debian.net as it is. (As its also needed for the current script...) So http://dc5video.debian.net has the same contents as http://debconf-archive.debian.net/debconf5/videos/ The DVDs could be available at http://debconf-archive.debian.net/debconf5/dvds/ then. Or is video/dvd a better directory name ? Or something completly different ? Comments certainly welcome.
