OK, so that didn't actually work due to a late renaming which I didn't
apply consistently.  I've also since made some other improvements to the
encoding (switching to MPEG-1 and increasing audio bit rate), which, er,
result in dvdauthor crashing.  But if you want to have a go with the
re-encoding at least, you can find the next version at
<http://womble.decadentplace.org.uk/software/debconf5-dvd-0.2.tar.bz2>
or a patch relative to 0.1 at
<http://womble.decadentplace.org.uk/software/debconf5-dvd-0.2.patch.bz2>.
