DC26 IRC meeting schedule: Option to change date/time

We've had a couple of meetings for DC26 organisation at the new time of
19:00 UTC on every other Tuesday. This was chosen based on votes on a
poll that was sent round at the end of July. However, we've had
attendance drop off a bit, and a few people have said they can't make
the new meeting time.

In case people's availability has changed, or anyone forgot to vote the
first time round, the poll is still available at:

If you've already voted, you can edit your vote, otherwise please add a
new vote.

I'll check the poll again around 18:00 UTC on Tuesday 2nd September. If
there's a clear preference for a different date and time, we can use
that from then on.

If none of the times work for you, please let me know and I can add
other options. When I setup the poll I kept the number of options
limited to avoid the risk of ending up with 20 options, each of which
only worked for a couple of people.
