Request for Participation in Sustainability Quick Survey for International Conference Organizers

To whom it may concern,

I hope this email finds you well.

My name is Namuun Munkhtur, and I am with PwC Consulting LLC (https://www.pwc.com/jp/en/about/member/consulting.html).

We have been commissioned by the Japan Tourism Agency (https://www.mlit.go.jp/kankocho/en/index.html) to conduct the “Sustainability Promotion Project for International Conferences”.
As part of this initiative, we are conducting a survey to explore global sustainability trends from the perspective of MICE organizers.

The purpose of this survey is to gather insights into sustainability awareness and initiatives within the MICE industry. The findings will serve as a valuable reference for shaping future strategies in cities across Japan to enhance their attractiveness for international conferences especially on the aspect of sustainability.

We would greatly appreciate your cooperation in completing this short survey, which consists of about 20 questions and should take approximately 5?10 minutes to complete. 

Your feedback is crucial to advancing sustainability in MICE and guiding efforts to better meet the needs of international conference organizers.
