DebConf22 budget approval request

Hello,

Below you may find the requested budget for DebConf22.

We believe we can raise 55000 € more from sponsorship than we have
raised so far, as we are continuously working on it.

We have also projected incomes such as 8500 € from registration
and around 18000 € from food.

You may also realize that we expect a 34493 € profit.

It is possible that you will receive another request to raise the bursaries

budget in a month or so.
