things to design for Debconf 20

Hi,

I created several tasks for things that needed to be designed for
Debconf 20:

Of those issues the most relevant are probably:

* T-shirt:
  https://salsa.debian.org/debconf-team/public/data/dc20/issues/5
  They will only be printed much later, but it's probably a good idea to
  get the design ready. The front is based on the logo, and we need
  various backgrounds.

* Badges:
  https://salsa.debian.org/debconf-team/public/data/dc20/issues/6
  What do we want on them?
