This is 00:30 in India, so I hope it is still possible. We can discuss your bid first so you can likely have people leave after ~40mins if they need to go to sleep. We have 20 attendees from elsewhere and 16:30 UTC would be in the European work day or hit commute times so attendance would be much lower.
