Yes!  Visa applications in many places need to provide the accommodation arrangement details as well, so it will be great to include such a statement in the invitation of those who got bursary.

For bursary recipients, does the letter need to include an extra
paragraph?  e.g. "All necessary accommodation, meal, transport and
travel insurance costs for [NAME] are being funded by OCF.tw.  [NAME]
will reside at [ADDRESS] while in Taiwan."
