We asked and none of them would give a fixed number. Basically they all
said "it depends".

The one that provided the less imprecise answer as Nacional Inn: they said that
if people would pay for themselves, they could accept the reservation by them
paying one night in advance. If we will pay for dozens of rooms at one, IMO it
is safe to assume that we can get a better deal than that, but let's use this
info as a worse case and do some some quick and dirty math. If we assume that
we would sponsor accomodation for 300 people, at $25 a night, that would give a
reservation downpayment of $7500.  But I still think we can negotiate a better
deal than that.
