[Debconf-team] Fwd: Présentation sur le projet Services FACiLes

Hi debconf-team and content,

We suggested to FACIL that they could still suggest a presentation for Open Day even though the deadline had passed.  They tried to submit via the web form, but they couldn't because of the passed deadline.  He's asked if there was some other way to submit, so I'm sending this to debconf-team and content in the hope that someone can look over their proposal.

The proposal is below.  It has been submitted in English and in French.  The English version follows the French version.

Can the content team please have a look at their idea below?
