[Debconf-team] How to use mini.debconf.org

Hi,

Some DD, DM, and contributor in Japan are planning mini debconf in Japan.
We think that we want to use the mini.debconf.org domain as the
website of miniconf.
Can we use this domain? If we can, what we should ask where to?
If you already have a document, could you  teach me about point?
