It's not expensive, but I cringe a bit when you speak about "making
commitments" like that. I think you'd be better off thinking about
the pizza and beer as a bribe to get people together, and then it's
up to you whether you can sell DC16 properly. People who take fire
quickly also go out first.
That said, even if you augment your team with just one person like
that, it's a net gain.
