Sure, I could collect the data there now, but I am not sure the
effort warrants the gain for dc15. Instead of adding these data now
to the dc15 budget, may I suggest that this is done for dc16,
possibly even structuring the  budget around them such that it can
be compared to at least dc15, and then reused easily for dc17. Okay?

I have some ideas here and would be motivated to work with Nigel
from the dc16 team to implement this, especially if it means that
next year, the budgeting and the approval process will be more
streamlined. You can colour me crazy, but I think it's not
unreasonable to have a first, very conservative and careful budget
approved in November. That won't be the end of it, but I think it'll
help the team stay ahead of the curve, which should translate into
better DebConf'ing. And if a common structure and easy access to
previous data help, then we'll work on that.
