It use the word "should", not "must", so I interpret as: "Be inclusive,
do not add *unnecessary* restriction on age".
In any case we have other events for adults: e.g. the C&W Party.
Note: The documentary about Snowden is "R" in US and 15 in UK [but I
think unrestricted in Germany].
I prefer to have them as exceptions (in special slots, so not between
"normal" talks; maybe as last slot), and not as a "non default".
