I'd suggest something similar for the cases where it seems obvious to
the chair that there is nothing to discuss or #agree, and the meeting
can move on.  Giving a chance for feedback at that point slows things
down a bit, but it may help prevent people from disrupting the next
topic. If some people are not happy to move to the next topic, but you
feel like time has run out, then you can fall back on the other options
you mentioned (followup meeting, etc).
