Hi all,

We have our bi-monthly DC15 meeting tomorrow on #debconf-team.

You'll notice that in the last item I'm proposing reducing the
frequency of this meeting to a monthly meeting. As we've found it's
better to split the local items (DayTrip, Conference Dinner, etc) to a
separate meeting to get more involvement from local people and not
overload the rest of the team.
