Now seeing errors when trying to upload new attachments:

     Could not open lock file for
     "mwstore://local-backend/local-public/c/ca".
    Could not open lock file for
     "mwstore://local-backend/local-public/c/ca/Steve-capper-miniconf-2014.pdf".
