Sure thing and this makes sense. We weren't planning to discuss
specifics. Instead, we are planning to get the team started.

However, given that sponsorship team meetings were on Wednesdays in
the past, and we've received feedback that some won't be able to
make the proposed time on Monday, we'll likely reschedule. I am
currently reaching out to people.

Absolutely, which is why we reached out to you and the other members
of the team that we know.

Also, we are not going to change anything during the meeting, but
Allison agreed to investigate a few CRM and to give a short
overview.

I fully agree that this is a major switch and to be honest I am
rather unhappy that we might have to make it, because it'll disrupt
our work on DC15, but sponsors-table is a nightmare and someone has
to make the switch some day…

Good pointer, although only few of us have access to this
repository. But I am going through it now, and am especially using
it to identify people to speak to.
