[Debconf-team] DebConf14 Bursaries Team assembled

Hi everyone,
Keeping on our goal to keep information flowing and the process
as transparent as possible, I just sent a feel emails to start
the work of the Bursaries Team.
This year the team will have 11 people:

I already requested the email alias to be updated and the proper
permissions to be granted on the system. I also sent an initial
email with details about what's the work expected, our goal to
make a decision by the next weekend.
As of now, the amount of sponsorship requested is greater than
the allocated budget, so we will have to draw a line. :-(
More numbers and details as the team progresses and we make sure
all the info is correct/accurate. And if the DebConf Team has
any concerns, ideas or suggestions, please, let me know as soon
as possible.
