Are there specific speakers that you have in mind? I haven't noticed this
point discussed on the list previously. Like Gunnar, I wonder if this
should come out of the travel sponsorship budget rather than being its own
line item, and increase the sponsorship amount accordingly?

What is the advantage of having a full meal vs. a buffet meal? Will the
food be of better quality? More plentiful?

I associate "full meal" (which I interpret as meaning "table service" in
en_US) with the best meals I've ever had, but also the worst. I wonder how
we are to know if it's worth an additional CHF 6.30/person/meal to have a
full meal instead of a buffet. For my part, I think there are probably much
better uses Debian's money can be put to rather than paying for a fancier
meal for me.

To be precise, it appears the numbers assume a certain level of income from
professional / corporate / non-sponsored attendees - not just from
sponsorship. I've seen doubts expressed on the list previously about the
assumptions of the income from attendees; how confident are we (as a whole)
in the modeling of these numbers, and what are the consequences to the
budget if the model is off?

Thanks,
