It has been said in many places (IRC, in SVN, in email) that the
contract is 160k and is bigger than ever before. If people are going to
have to stretch themselves so much to raise money in the first place,
then a surprise currency fluctuation of 15k CHF could be really hard to
swallow
I personally feel it is better to carefully plan for it now than to have
a crisis later that consumes a lot more time and energy.
I notice you have no response to any of the actual points in my email
about how this could be managed
