A DebConf machine.
We are currently in progress getting a new (big) one, as a replacement 
for
the host where cletus (and more) is on. I intend to have one (or more) 
VMs up on
that where we can play with it. As said multiple times in IRC already.

Timeframe is one, two weeks, by now.
