First, I also thought+think that platinum starts too low. 

Second, I have now realised that the conversation rate is 1.2 CHF ~= 1 EUR 
(and not the other way round) and thus I now also think silver+gold are too 
low, bronze is probably right.

So my idea would be to go with <2000, 2000+, 6000+, 12000+ and 25k+.
