I would simply propose to stop discussing here until we get real data, which we need of two kinds: first, who takes care of this (I still have failed to find real volunteers) and, second, where the non-DebConf attendees can be accommodated. Just to be clear: without lowering the value of this issue, the localteam has more important things to do now, like starting to find the needed money to make DebConf13 a reality, without such last thing any kindergarten, even with volunteers, would be purely virtual ;-) Thx, bye, Gismo / Luca
