[Debconf-team] Minutes for today's meeting

* Orga-team pizzas tomorrow!

  We want to have a nice little dinner with the people we have been
  working with. Tomorrow (Friday) night we will go have pizzas at
  Fidel's house, a nice, big garden where we can relax and have
  pizzas, beer, non-alcoholic-beverages...

  About costs: I talked this briefly with some people. My idea is that
  this should also be a little "thank you" to the locals, so if you
  live in Nicaragua, the food's on someone else. And about the rest of
  us... Well, we'll fight later. The place is not expensive (but the
  food is *good*!)

  Fidel says he can receive up to 30 people and will be preparing ~10
  pizzas (so, enough to feed ~15 people). We could go with some
  extra stuff, but we should keep the attendance "controlled".

  *PLEASE* check and comment the following list. Is it complete? Did I
  miss somebody?

  To confirm attendance:

  - Local team:
    1. Norman García
    2. Felix Delattre
    3. Leo Gómez
    4. Adolfo Fitoria
    5. Gema Jiménez (hask)
    6. Eduardo Rosales (jimbo)
    7. Fernanda Siles (mangoderosa)
    8. Diana Herrera
    9. Aura Lilia Gutiérrez (lilix)
  - Swiss team:
    1. Didier Raboud
    2. Gaudenz Steinlin
    3. Giacomo Catenazzi
    4. Phillip Hug
  - Global:
    1. Holger Levsen
    2. Moray Allan
    3. Gunnar Wolf
    4. Regina Daichman
    5. Henning Sprang
    6. Daniel Kahn
    7. Phil Hands

  We have to collect the tickets we won't use (and tell Jim not to
  prepare for us!)

* Daytrip

  Was mostly a great success, although misunderstandings and lack of
  organization were found regarding the volcano trip and the León
  visit. But there's nothing that can be done, add or fix, so no
  worries.

* Food

 - We stay in the same place, yesterday night the only problem was
   lacking chairs.

* Travel sponsorship

  - Tomorrow everybody takes their filled forms to Gaudenz.
  - Everything for Europeans has to be printed in paper and given to
    Gaudenz, as FFIS requires original papers
  - SPI prefers electronic documents. Mail them to Gaudenz and go to
    him to confirm the amounts
  - No cash refunds have been requested. Gunnar checks with
    Venezuelans if they require anything, as money transfers to .ve
    are painful
