[Debconf-team] Sponsor bags

While we work out how to deliver the sponsor bags, we need somewhere 
secure to store them before they get lost.  (They have already been 
pushed aside from their previous safe spot by overenthusiastic front 
desk workers.)

We also need to find out the price of posting the bags with and without 
cups, before we put them into parcels.

Is one of the storage rooms the best place for the bags just now?  (Who 
has keys?)  Is there a post office that can be used to find out postage 
prices?
