We calculated non-Debian affiliated as professional (there are few cases). In other case the attendee will change hotel (on their expenses) to stay with his wife).
The rule was: "we are not travel agents", so of professional or nothing.We got a mail about a children (in Spanish). I don't know the case and I don't understand the mail.
There are few other cases about paying extra to have a single room.I'll discuss with leogg and ana. I think we didn't track such payment needed. So we need to figure who need to pay and how much.
