- lilix, jimbodoors and leogg are going to interviews on TV channels and radio stations this week, advertising Debian Day
- TV spot in channels 4, 6, 8 and 13 + radio jingle in ~6 radio stations
 
- Concert in evening

- Felix will check about t-shirts for Debian Day


@xamanu: please ask ER about this, it's 500 shirts in total, in two colors
 
Network
- gwolf and Norman went this morning, asked about bandwidth
- Now have access to FTP server at ISP to check rates
- ISP is now completely paid, invoices need to go to money team
- Felix will get more ethernet cards
- OFTC per-IP-address limit for OFTC will be increased

Parade
- There will be a parade on Saturday, but shouldn't really affect us

Merchandise
- There will be some merchanise

- Debian Nicaragua will have some merchandise as well
 
- Some Swiss materials, also spare cups, t-shirts, coffee
- Also stickers, and Debian coffee
- Will be handled by Front Desk

Front desk
- Needs a cashbox
- Still need to get more cash for change, will be easier when selling more

T-shirts
- Staff t-shirts will probably be available soon at Front Desk


Hotel
- Room allocation for people coming on 7th and after almost ready
- Meeting with hotel today, making reservation 
- Norman arranges shuttle service for the rest of the week
- Leogg arranges shuttle service for people coming by bus

Banners
- Ordered and payed for at the print shop, banner will be ready on Friday
