I cannot find the two amounts in any ffis.de transactions.
Unfortunately, we don't have access to SPI, debian.ch, etc,
transactions.
I heard something that Martin Kraftt (personally, rather than
debian.ch) lent Debconf some money, but I don't know any details
either.
I can make the debconf11 transactions available from ffis.de to you if
it helps.
