Yes. This is something we need to emphasize again: it will not work to print
nametags in advance and be done with it until the conf ends. We will need to
be able to print more nametags during the conf...

As I said on IRC, coordinating airport bus schedules can be
problematic and stressful. If we get it, very great :) If we don't, I
would not sweat about it.
Yes. It's also a _proposed_ schedule, which we will adjust (read: downscale)
once we got the actual numbers of people arriving. Downscaling is just much
easier than upscaling :)
